Brown Road Subdivision
An application for a free hold subdivision relying on the protection of significant bush at 5 & 8 Brown Road.
Antony team up with the client after a friendly conversation at a Sunday barbeque where Antony, using his in-depth experience of Auckland Council’s planning rules, suggested to the client that an area of mature bush on the site, that if protected by a covenant, could be used to justify an additional rural residential lot on the property. As a result, Antony was engaged to prepare and lodge a resource consent for the freehold subdivision on the site. Antony using his knowledge of Councils requirements, engaged a surveyor, engineer and ecologist to assist in the consent preparation. Much to the delight of the client consent was granted for the additional lot shortly after lodgement.
