Central Road

Antony teamed up with Phil Eaton from the Greenstone Group to deliver a personal project of Phil’s being a three level, 12-unit development on a 665m2 section in Kingsland.

The subsequent consent application to Council sought consent for a joint land use and unit title. Phil’s brief was to maximise the development potential of the site without compromising on the development’s quality or its on-site amenity for future residents. Antony provided specialist planning advice during all stages of the consenting process, including the preparation and lodgement of the resource consent application. Using his intimate knowledge of Council’s tolerances and design preferences, Antony overcome the building and impervious coverage limits imposed under Council’s Unitary Plan, ensuring the maximum development potential of the site was achieved. The end result was a non-notified Council approval to the proposal within two months of lodgement.
