Lake Road

An application to construct and subdivide a 12 unit residential development at 100-102 Lake Road, Narrow Neck.

Antony teamed up with Land Partners Ltd to provide specialist planning advice and resource consent application preparation for a Housing New Zealand development for the establishment of 12 residential dwellings contained in three buildings, including the enabling works and the subsequent unit title subdivision around the dwellings at 100-102 Lake Road, Narrow Neck. Antony provided specialist planning advice during all stages of the consenting process, including the preparation of the resource consent application on behalf of Land Partners. Antony’s previous work experience for Auckland Council’s Premium Resource Consenting Team, project managing large scale housing and subdivision consents around the Auckland region, ensured that we could successfully mould Housing New Zealand’s Social Housing requirements with those of Council’s. Antony’s knowledge and experience ensured that the proposal not only maximised the development potential of the site, but that the consent went smoothly and quickly through Council. The end result was resource consent being approved by Council within six weeks of lodgement.
